Payment Options

When it comes to payment, there are several options available. You can pay online using a credit card, or opt for an Australia Post money order or bank check payable to the 'U.S. Department of State.' Please note that personal and business checks are not accepted. After making your payment, be sure to print out the electronic payment confirmation and include it in your package.

Application Requirements

To submit your application, you'll need to provide a completed, legible, and signed Form DS-82: Application for a U.S. Passport. This form should be submitted to the U.S. Consulate General in Sydney for processing. Please disregard any pre-printed or online instructions and ensure that all required documents are included.

Passport Photographs

Your passport application will also require one sized passport photograph, which is different from Australian passport photographs. Be sure to include a clear photocopy of your photo/biographic data page with your application.

Additional Information
